What was the highlight of OYO 115 Northridge Mansions
Basic accomodations, not ideal location
The breakfast was standard fare. However, there was no breakfast on Sunday. I had to find a place that was open for breakfast. The room was big. The bed was comfortable.
The location was near SM, but because there are no walkable sidewalks, you'd have to take a tricycle. There were some lower class restaurants and carenderia around, but nothing else.

Fair
Value for money. Room is spacious and cheap. It is easy to get cold as ACU is good. Room is good for storage of your things and for sleep over only and if more of your time is spent outside but not in the hotel.
Only the security guard assisted us during check-in. There were no staffs at 8PM. There is refundable deposit of Php1000 which was not informed in the booking. We were not able to sleep properly due to itchiness, maybe because of bed bugs. Smell of the room is not good and towels were almost tornout and old. Though it is expected since price is cheap. There is no free parking. TV is not working. Better not to bring car. We check-out early as we were not comfortable of the place. I do not want to say more...

What was the highlight of OYO 115 Northridge Mansions
An accommodation of last resort.
The reception upon reaching the area on a Saturday night went smoothly. The room is large and is decently clean. It is relatively quiet as it is not located on a Main Street.
Surprisingly, the front desk closes after 5 pm and opens later (I checked out at past 8am). The security guard is the go-to person in these times. The promised supply of drinking water for day 2 by the receptionists didn't happen. I can't find any decent convenience store nearby. How did this hotel pass the 2-star hotel rating?

Fair
The room is clean and cozy.
My payment thru booking.com was not honored. I paid another 834 pesos, and the hotel required 1000 pesos deposit that was refunded after the check out. The receptionist did not give my change immediately and forgot to endorse to the guard on duty that I still have a change of 166 pesos. The guard just gave me 120 pesos. There is no receptionist available for 24 hours, I think she only come during the day.
